The ICC YAF  was established in 2008 for arbitration practitioners of 40 and under. It includes 5 Regional Chapters (Africa, Middle East, & Turkey; Asia; Europe; Latin America and North America). Many regional YAF meetings take place throughout the year.
The aim of the ICC YAF Global Conferences, organized every 18 months, is to bring together YAF members from all of the different chapters. Taking place over a weekend, it includes a mix of academic training and networking activities in an informal and fun atmosphere.
